For this non-alcoholic sparkling wine, it carefully selects European based grapes and processes them in the “rural way” which creates a significant difference compared to traditional method. The winegrowers harvests the grapes only when they have reached full maturity, because only then do they carry the maximum aroma. Next, the grape go directly to the winery and then fermented in only one process to retain the intense aroma. And only when the sparkling wine has the desired sweetness, the yeasts are filtered out. As a result, it offers a particularly fruity sweetness which will result in a real treat to your palate.
