Astoria Major Automatic coffee grinder is perfect for the coffee shop which wants to make the leap to the next level. It boasts low retention, flexibility to adapt to all situations, and performs well at any time of the day. Equipped with flat stainless steel 83mm burr grinders, grinding speed of 1400 - 1600 rpm and continuous micrometric grinding calibration, you will get the grind for perfect espresso easily. And in this version, the grinder starts every 12 doses and stops once the dispenser is filled. Also features a user friendly memory track system to index grind setting, doser designed to keep your coffee fresh and easy to use dosing lever for barista ergonomics. The hopper holds 1.8kg of coffee beans and the ground coffee container can hold 360g.
Care and Use:
- Designed solely for grinding coffee beans. Never put coffee grounds in the hopper: intended only for beans.
- Do not let any kind of liquid come in contact with the interior or exterior parts of the appliance.
- Wash the bean hopper, bean hopper lid, grind chamber, and grind chamber lid by hand with hot, soapy water and dry thoroughly.
- Do not use abrasive products to clean, as it might take the sheen off shiny parts
