This Corsini coffee contains a blend of roasted 100% Arabica beans sourced from Kimel plantation in the Waghi Valley in Papua New Guinea. Located along the Kimel river, the farm has access to good, clean water for processing its crop, which is a prerequisite for growing quality coffee. For this blend, the beans are carefully selected, undergo wet processing and then expertly roasted with a dedicated cooking curve to result in a coffee with notes of sweet malted caramel, baked spices and chocolate. Also expect a little orange peel on the finish. Further, its packaging in an inert protective atmosphere ensures the preservation of taste and aroma.
