Gastroback Design Coffee Grinder Digital is the perfect solution for grinding coffee with style, capturing the essence of commercial grinders. Equipped with professional stainless steel conical burrs which grind gently at 600 rpm which helps preserves essential oils in the coffee. It features grind adjustment with 31 grind settings, suitable for every grind size from fine to coarse. You can grind automatically directly into a portafilter or a storage container or use manually dosing. And the grinding amount can be set via an electronic timer, adjustable in 0.1 second steps. Plus, it comes with a 320g bean container with protection lid and lock, which allows for easy removal without removing the beans.

- Storage container for storing up to 130g coffee powder.
- 2 Portafilter cradles (51mm or 58mm).
- Cleaning brush.
How to use this grinder:
- Fill the beans container with freshly roasted coffee beans.
- For grinding into the storage container, make sure it is placed appropriately under the outlet and cup mode is selected.
- You can set the desired fineness of grounds using the grind size scale.
- Press the adjusting buttons “+” or “–” for setting the desired number of cups. Possible range: 1-10 cups.
- Then set the grinding time for each cup. Possible range: 3.0 to 5.0 seconds in steps of 1/10 second.
- Press the on/off button for starting the grinder.
- It will stop automatically when grinding is complete.

Care and Use:
- Only use freshly roasted, whole, dry coffee beans that are fit for consumption.
- Do not operate it continuously for more than 90 seconds in order to ensure a long lifetime.
- Do not immerse the grinder sleeve in water or any other liquid to avoid damage.
- Always keep the inner parts of the grinder mill completely dry (grinder cone, grinder sleeve, grinder outlet).
- Do not use any abrasive or corrosive cleaners, chemicals or any hard or sharp-edged objects for cleaning.
