Gastroback Latte Max Milk Frother:
The Gastroback Latte Max milk frother is ideal for quickly and easily foaming cold or warm milk for your cappuccino, milk coffee, and other milk specialties. It is light and handy with an ergonomic body made of cast metal. Also comes with a bracket to hold the frother. Further, it has a strong motor to which requires two 1.5V AA batteries to operate.
How to use this frother:
- Pour milk into a suitable container.
- Lower the spiral of the milk frother into the milk and press the bottom black button. The switch clicks into place and can be released during use.
- Move the frother back and forth in the container so that air is mixed with the milk.
- Press the black button once more to switch the device off.
- Pour the foamed milk onto your cappuccino and sprinkle a little sugar or cocoa powder on top.
Care and Use:
- Intended for frothing liquids and not suitable for processing viscous or solid ingredients.
- For best results, it’s recommended to use fresh milk, which can be foamed in either a cold or hot condition. However, the milk should not come to a boil. This will give it an unpleasant taste and cause the skin to form on its surface.
- For cleaning the frother, dip the mixing coil into hot water and switch it on for a few seconds. Afterwards rinse it and switch the appliance on again for drying the mixing coil.
- Never immerse the handle of the milk frother in water.
- Do not clean the appliance in the dishwasher.
- Do not use caustic chemicals, sharp or abrasive cleaning products for cleaning.
