This Hario V60 Ceramic Coffee Dripper set has everything you require to brew perfect pour-over coffee at home. It includes a red V60 ceramic dripper (01 size), a glass server, a measuring scoop and a pack of Hario V60 filter papers.
This cone-shaped dripper allows water to stay in contact with the coffee grounds longer and as a result ensures proper extraction of taste and aroma. Further, its wall has spiral ribs which prevent the paper from sticking and allows the grounds to expand adequately resulting in smoother extraction. And the large single hole at the bottom allows the hot water to perform extraction closer to that of cloth filter. Just by changing the speed of pouring, you can brew coffee with your preferred taste, stronger or lighter. Made of robust quality ceramic, this dripper retains the heat extremely well. And the process itself is simple and brews great coffee in 2-3 minutes. And this set further simplifies and expedites the brewing process, especially when travelling.
How to use this coffee brewer:
- Fold the paper filter along the seams and place inside the dripper.
- Add 10-12g coffee grounds (medium-fine grind) for one serving (120mL) and shake it lightly to level.
- Pour water slowly to moisten the grounds, from the center outward, while moving in a circular pattern. Wait for about 30 seconds.
- Slowly start adding more water using the same speed and swirling motion as before. Make sure the water does not come into direct contact with the paper filter.
- Your coffee should be ready within 3 minutes.
Care and Use:
- Using fresh ground coffee is recommended.
- Use a soft sponge and mild dish detergent for cleaning.
- Do not use abrasive chemicals or tools to clean.
- Highly recommended to use Hario V60 coffee paper filters.
