It features a built-in timer which makes it easy to follow recipes and repeat them accurately. Its new settings make the screen easier to read and eliminate regional discrepancies in measurement. And for desired precision, it weighs in both 1 gram and 1/10th of gram measurements with the capacity to weigh up to 2kg. It is designed to comfortably fit a server and maintains a small footprint at the same time.
How to brew with this drip scale:
- Start and place the dripper, server, and paper filter.
- Reset weight and then add ground coffee.
- Start the timer and pour hot water to moisten the grounds.
- Wait 30 seconds until the next pour.
- Reset weight and then slowly start adding more water.
- Brewing should take 3 minutes.
- Turn it off.
Care and Use:
- It runs on 2 x AAA batteries.
- Use on a flat, stable surface where it will not slip.
- Do not place it in areas that are subject to high temperatures.
- Use a slightly damp cloth to clean the main body and weighing platform. Use a mild detergent for particularly dirty areas.
- Do not use thinners, benzene, gasoline, kerosene or alcohol on it. May cause deterioration and/or discoloration.
