The cup is microwave safe but repeated use not recommended. Easy to clean as it's dishwasher safe and also includes grooves in the base of the cup to ensure water drains off the cup after cleaning. Please do not use abrasive materials for cleaning, as it will permanently damage the cups. Highly recommended washing your new cups twice before use.
