The La Marzocco KB90 Coffee Machine, in 3-Group configuration, sets a new standard in high-volume cafe performance. It will increase the speed of service and at the same time making it easier for the barista thanks to an improved workflow. The redesigned portafilter system simplifies the motions required to engage and reduce the strain by 12 times on the barista for even greater performance and everyday usability. And auto-volumetrics ensure repeatability and consistency in high-volume settings. Also Steam Flush keeps the group clean with an automatic burst of steam and a flush of hot water between extractions.
It comes with three independent boilers for each group-head, allowing complete control over the temperature of individual coffees. Also comes with a separate boiler for steam production. Plus, you can electronically control the boiler temperature using the dual PID for both coffee and steam boiler. Further, the insulation of boilers reduce energy consumption and improves temperature stability. The high performance steam wands included have an ergonomic design that is cool to touch. And it is engineered in such a way that the valve can be serviced directly from the front of the machine without the need to be removed.
The digital display with intuitive programming makes it easy to adjust machine parameters. The USB port allows to update the firmware easily. Plus, the LED lighting allows you to focus on your extraction and the cup. And you can be program it to enter standby mode, improving energy efficiency. Care and Use:
- Portafilter, filters, water tank, drip tray require daily cleaning. Clean with warm water and/or with a food safe detergent.
- Do not dip in, nor splash the machine with water for cleaning.
- Clean the steam and hot water valve after every use.
- Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Never use abrasive or chloric detergents.
