Sage Smoking Gun & Cloche:
The Sage Smoking Gun & Cloche allows you to infuse a variety of foods and drinks effortlessly with classic smokehouse flavours like applewood and hickory, adding no heat. The smoke gun produces gentle and cold smoke, suitable for delicate foods like ice cream or butters as well as meats and cheese. In case you require more intense smoke, just use the dual speed control switch of this battery-operated device. It also features a removable burn chamber with a large opening for easy loading of wood chips and easy cleaning. The integrated base provides a stable platform for easy setup and prevents tipping when in use.
The Cloche, made of borosilicate glass, fits perfectly with the smoking gun and connects with the smoke tube easily. The tube is made from silicone and easy to clean and store. This flawless connection allows you to inject smoke and aromas without having to lift the cloche. Also, the glass construct makes it resistant to both high and low temperatures.

Care and Use:
- Only 3 minutes under smoke is all that is needed to provide smoke flavour and aroma.
- Use wood chips that have been specifically prepared for the purpose of smoking.
- Allow the unit to cool completely between consecutive burns.
- The burn chamber may be cleaned by hand with warm soapy water or by placing in a dishwasher.
- Cloche is dishwasher safe as well.
- Do not use unit if there is no mesh filter in the burn chamber. Mesh filter can be cleaned with warm soapy water and small brush as required.
