Form Follows Function - The working area enhances the ergonomics and flow of gestures, with clear, intuitive geometries perfectly arranged in space: from the keyboard commands to the touch-sensitive display, to the adjustable drip tray. Each component of AB200 has been carefully selected to ensure maximum durability and flawless aesthetics.
Ergonomics - The new filter holders branded Astoria are designed to offer an even more ergonomic experience through the innovative handle, which guarantees a comfortable and safe grip. Standard deep filter holder cup: possibility of hosting 21 gr filter. Thanks to the group the thermal regime is reached in less time and the thermal stability in dispensing increases, both with spaced dispensing and with continuous dispensing. Readiness and constant reactivity are guaranteed thanks to a continuous boiler loading and heating system. The boiler setting is done via NTC with the possibility of regulation 0.6 – 1.4 bar. For the daily cleaning of the new Astoria AB200 machine, a guided process is available in the software. It is possible to start the cleaning of the groups via the display (where present) or with a combination of keys.AB200 can be equipped with an adjustable electronic cup warmer consisting of a flexible heating element, which quickly reaches the set temperature. It is possible to vary the intensity of the cup warmer up to three intensities (low - medium - high). AB200 can be connected to the Beans2Cloud platform via Wi-Fi (optional feature). Thanks to telemetry it is possible to control and monitor the machine remotely, for more efficient management. Possibility of cash register connection – CSI protocol.
