It features four settable doses, metal fork and grind adjustment ring with zero setting. The 65-millimeter flat-burr commercial espresso grinder includes a 3.5-inch touchscreen control panel, a 1.2-kilogram-capacity hopper and an LED-illuminated receptacle. An adjustable cooling fan and forced air vents on the base are designed to keep interior components cool when the machine is in heavy use. The result of this process is called ASI40 Touch.
