Faema E61 Legend espresso machine, available in 1-Group configuration, is a new edition of its jewel: E61. It was the first machine to use a volumetric pump to give the water the ideal 9-atmosphere pressure and keep the pressure constant during the whole extraction process, unlike lever machines. Jubile is a semi-automatic version which features a preinfusion system to ensure optimal extraction. It extends the contact time between the water and the ground coffee before extraction. The design and materials still remain the same as the original. Plus, it features automatic boiler fill, a built in volumetric pump, two pressure gauges, to control the pump and the boiler pressure, and the adjustable thermal balancing system.
