Sage Smart Tea Infuser Compact brews and steeps automatically for different types of tea to bring out the best taste. It comes with pre-programmed one touch functionalities to create ideal brewing conditions for black, green, white, herbal and oolong teas. Plus, you can set the steep time between 1 to 5 minutes to prepare tea that suits your taste: strong, mild or medium.
Further, it includes a Keep Warm function, which will automatically keep your tea warm for up to 30 minutes. Crafted from quality German glass, with a stainless steel base and tea basket, this tea maker provides for an elegant, modern look that looks at home in any kitchen. It can brew up to 1L (4 cups) tea, perfect for yourself or a few more. You can even use it as a kettle to boil water for other drinks. Plus, the 1-touch magnetic detachment allows for easy and safe tea basket removal.
How to use this tea maker:
- Fill the Glass Jug with the desired amount of water (800mL TEA MAX) and place on the Power Base.
- Select from 5 preset tea types recommended for optimal brewing.
- Start heating by pressing START/CANCEL button.
- Once the selected brew temperature is reached, add tea leaves in the basket.
- Close the lid and ensure it is locked firmly in place.
- Start steeping the tea by pressing the START TIMER button and adjust the steep time.
- Once brewing cycle is complete, it will beep 3 times. Your tea is ready.
Care and Use:
- After each use, empty the Glass Jug. Do not allow brewed tea to stand overnight.
- Do not wash jug exterior under running water.
- To prevent scale from damaging your tea maker, ensure to descale the glass jug regularly.
- Never immerse the kettle base, switch area, power base, power cord, or power plug in water.
- Do not use alkaline, abrasive cleaners, pads or hard scratchy materials.
